Shipping Policy

Please allow 3 to 5 days to ship In-Stock Items. You will be notified within 48 hours of shipping items and the cost to ship your order. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. This normally takes 1 to 3 working days for credit card transactions. If payment is made by check, delivery will be delayed until the check has been cleared. If you need your order to be rush, please place the order through our website, then contact our office immediately so we can to expedite your order quickly. We use FedEx or UPS as our main carriers. We deliver to Street Address only,  No PO Box are allowed for delivery.

It usually takes 2 - 7 business days to receive the order.

To expedite your order, please call our customer service rep and ask for the shipping rate. This service is available according to product availability.

If you need Overnight, Second Day or Express delivery, please place your with Stardard Method and contact our Customer Service rep either by email or by calling our office. Your shipping fee will be calculated andwill be added to your invoice.

If Signature Service is not request, Accenting Images Store is not responsble for any lost or weather damages packages that are Left at the door.

Return Policy

We are proud to stand100% behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, simply obtain a return authorization number from our customer service & return your product for a refund.

All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping charges and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Accenting Images Store shipped you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged the exact shipping charge for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.

• Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7 - 10 days of our receipt of the return.
• A 20% return fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the client.
• A 20% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.
• All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete packaging.

We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liabilityis limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.
